RelicBeam for meetings

One QR code for the whole meeting.

Start a temporary Room for the meeting and put the QR on the screen or table. Everyone can open the agenda, reports, PDFs and links you publish without joining a mailing list or shared drive.

No accounts · Malware-scanned · Temporary by design

Skip the email thread and the permission request

For a live meeting, the useful part is getting the same material onto everyone’s device quickly — not creating another permanent folder people need access to later.

1

Create the meeting Room

RelicBeam gives you a QR code and a short spoken code.

2

Share the QR

Put it on the display, agenda or table so attendees can join from any browser.

3

Publish what matters

Add the agenda, reports, PDFs and links as the meeting progresses. End the Room when you are finished.

Share it. Don’t store it.

When the Room ends, its shared files are deleted from RelicBeam.

Files are checked for malware before other people can download them, then encrypted at rest while the Room is active. RelicBeam is not end-to-end encrypted because files must be accessible to the malware scanner.

Ready for the next meeting.
